We are currently in Transnistria, which is a country that isn't recognized as an independent state by anyone except Russia and other "countries" like itself. City life was different. This is an opera program with a monocle (is that what that's called?) and a fan. The National History Museum used to be an estate before the Soviets came over. The ball rooms are used as exhibition rooms and still have the original plaster work, which is exquisite.
