Here are some pics from my Chicago trip. Thank you very much to both of my readers for being so patient. I could not finish this post forever, so it will have to come in multiple parts.
Although I only stayed for the weekend, Chicago left me with the impression of being a vibrant city. Full of interesting people, shops, art, and the most efficient snow clearing crews imaginable. I flew in the day after the airports reopened, but not only were the freeways and streets completely snow free; but the sidewalks as well. This would have been unreal in Portland.
